FastCalXP Operation Manual

REFERENCES

The References editor provides access to all references stored in the database.

References are Crystal digital pressure gauges or calibrators automatically detected by FastCalXP. Refer to the Autodetection on page 15.

Any instrument used to measure ambient conditions in the calibration laboratory, such as temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, can also be con-

sidered a reference. These references are used to verify that ambient conditions are within speci ed ranges. If these references are included in the database, it

may be desirable to list them in each certi cate that is generated.



To add a reference for ambient conditions

1 Enter the Manufacturer, Model number and serial number (SN).

2 Enter the most recent Cal Cert number and the date that the certi cate

Expires.

3 Enter a representation of the Accuracy of the instrument.

4 Click the Include in all certs checkbox to list the reference in every certi

cat

e that is generated.


